THE VARIETY FAMILY REACH
Variety believes that every child should have the freedom of mobility, independence and communication. Many children who have disabilities require expensive, highly-specialized equipment to provide these basic functions.
Variety provided enabling equipment and financial assistance for 40 children in 2009. Equipment included adaptive bicycles and tricycles, house ramps, van lifts, adaptive strollers and scooters, stair lifts, wheelchairs, and van adaptations. This equipment provided these children with an incredible new found sense of freedom, independence and mobility.
